Biography
After spending most of 2021 serving and training in different places throughout Alaska (including a month in Port Alsworth,) Matt and Abi McWhorter joined TBC January of 2022.
Abi is a pilot, flight instructor, and aircraft mechanic who grew up in rural Arkansas. Matt is a pilot and aircraft mechanic from North Idaho. They met in flight school and bonded over their call to ministry and love of flying. They both attended several Christian camps growing up, and have seen first-hand the unique and powerful ways God uses camp ministry in their own lives. They love hiking, camping, fishing, reading, and spending time with their Siberian Husky, Goose.
